Iron is needed for making blood and it makes our blood red. It is found in apples and in green leafy vegetables. Calcium is an important mineral needed by children to form healthy bones, teeth and muscles strong. Milk, fruits, vegetables, beans, pea, cereals, eggs etc. contain minerals.
