How Happy Relationships Affect a Person?

Relationship means the bondage of two people with honesty, trust and accountability.

Man cannot spend the whole life alone. He/She needs someone to fall back upon to express his/her opinion, heart’s talk and express the views discussing mutually. 

The relationship can happen with a guy, boy friend, girl friend, a family and the teacher. Each of them help the other built a little bit of trust, confidence, good saying for the self improvisation.

A Happy and productive relationship is very important for a positive vibration ongoing in life which in turn lead to a successful life  as can be thought of.  Robert Waldinger, Harvard professor and psychiatrist says secret to happiness and health has nothing to do with fame, money, or success.

"Good relationships keep us happier and healthier. Period."

It is important that we always try our best to keep our relationship healthier to arrive happiness in our life which should be the vital goal in marching forward in life.

Now, let us analyze who are the people who can keep the relationship happier?

• All those people who are well connected socially tend to be happier, healthier and have long life.

• In relationship one should give preference to quality rather than quantity particularly in close relationship. Satisfaction in relationship speaks of future health.

• The great destructive element in a relationship is the lack of Trust. A good relationship need not mean zero bickering. Life ought to meet ups and downs in its forward movement but the main points of relationship trust, commitment and respect in this context should always be kept in mind.

• One of the curse to human life is “ Loneliness”. In loneliness the toxic element creeps in and make one very unhappy.  Health and brain of such people jeopardizes faster and reduces their long life expectancy..

• Thus, Love, Trust, Honesty and Respect is vital necessity in  a successful mutual relationship. Love is the crest element in a happy relationship. It energises people in tough times.     . 


We will now look into the points necessary for a healthy relationship in order to keep us happy: 

1. Trust:

A mutual understanding between each other having pious trust within themselves is vital for a healthy and happy relationship. Your partner knows that you have other relationship with your friends, family members and they do not accuse you of cheating for the same. 


2. Speaking out:

The proper and right time communication is very essential in a healthy and happy relationship. One must speak out instead of keeping things inside the heart and boil up for negative vibration and anger which will one day erupt like a volcano for destructive consequences. One should communicate in the right time at the initiation of doubt, difference or heated arguments which can be common in a relationship. Everything gets sorted out between the two with communication and proper understanding.


3. Reverence:

Respect between each other is pivot element in a healthy and happy relationship which helps one to grow and prosper  in mind and health. It is always safe to love in a relationship the way the other wants to and not the way you want the other to lead the life. Give freedom of floating the life of your partner. With deep respect will grow the greater intensity of love thereby giving a healthy and very happy relationship between the two.


4. Equality:

It is very important to allow an equalibrium in each others life. Each sharing one’s own talent and ability for the betterment of each other and the relationship in this way gets charmed with due respect for each other. Thereby, bringing in a happy relationship between the two.

We should not forget that good relationship does not automatically happen. They are constructed. If there are good relationship then people are happy, healthy and carefree. In happy and successful relationship people are peaceful and go with each other well encouraging each other’s life being led happily.
