Muscular System

There are more than 600 muscles to form our muscular system.

The muscular system covers the skeleton system. Muscles are attached to the skeleton to produce movements and helps the bodily parts in moving and bending.

Muscular System

Muscular system is an organ which plays the role for the movement of the human body. 

There are joints in different parts of our skeleton two or more bones meet. Muscles cover the joints and help them in moving or bending.

Muscles Cover the Joints

We must take care of the bone joints and muscles. They should be kept in healthy condition through regular exercise, morning walk, swimming, cycling and jogging, etc.

Posture of Bodily Organs

We must learn to have a correct posture of bodily organs while we sit, stand, walk, etc. We must always try to avoid having a wrong posture.
